I love juice it up and have probably been to every one in the inland empire. I don’t know if this one has a different menu but NOTHING is made the same. I’ve been to this one multiple times and ordered the Sandia Loca and they add ZERO Tajin. I went in today and asked the owner for EXTRA Tajin, cause I’m already aware they don’t add any due to past experiences, And he made it the exact same…. My wife ordered an açaí bowl and half of it was drowned in honey. This place needs a visit from corporate and how to get the portions right

I had a very disappointing experience at Juice It Up!. The store advertises a closing time of 7:30 PM, yet when we arrived at 7:18 PM, we were told they had already stopped making juice at 7:15 PM. For a business built entirely around juice, refusing to serve your core product before your posted closing time reflects poor operational discipline and a lack of customer focus. This was not simply an inconvenience. It demonstrated a concerning combination of laziness, a dismissive attitude, and weak management standards. Customers plan their visits based on published hours, and shutting down service early undermines trust and damages the brand. If the team intends to stop serving at 7:15 PM, then the posted closing time should reflect that. Otherwise, customers should expect full service until the doors close. At a minimum, this location needs stronger accountability, better alignment between policy and practice, and a renewed commitment to basic customer service.

I had track practice this morning and I thought to myself "man a smoothie would be really good after this" so I price compare online and I decide to go to my local Juice it up. First of all I get in there and wait probably 10 minutes to even be acknowledged let alone put in my order, I watch as a line forms behind me and the singular person working in there runs frantically. Finally I order and I'm waiting. In what world should it take 30 minutes to make a singular smoothie. Not only that but all the people who were BEHIND ME in line GOT THEIRS FIRST. I literally applied for a job here and never heard a thing, y'all are HEAVILY understaffed and it shows. The smoothie was great but I was hoping for a quick stop not stand around and wait for 45 minutes. And technically this ain't yalls fault but that damn smoothie took so long that when i finally got home the Jehovah's witness were at my door, so yall guilty by association. Probably won't come back to this location, but I also know Jamba Juice would never do me dirty like this.

I always go this Juice it Up location but after today, I won't be returning. I ordered a large acai bowl with three toppings which is 11.95. I get the bowl and she only filled the bowl with acai about 1/4 full and the rest with toppings. The acai was chunky as well. I asked her about the bowl and she said corporate lowered the price so she has to give me less. I said no, the bowl used to cost 10.95 so the price went up. I also told her that it looks chunky and the acai does not appear to be blended smooth. She said corporate said they can no longer blend the acai bowls and can only dip it out the freezer.

The owner, Eunice, is super nice! She's an RC local and I love seeing her when I stop by. This location is usually busy, so there's gonna be a wait (unless you order ahead)...but I love coming here and supporting family run businesses!
